In the event that you would like to keep the site in its entirety we can issue a quote based on the overall labor costs and licensing requirements.

WHAT DEFINES A WEBSITE UPDATE?

Our website monthly or annual plans include a certain frequency of “website updates”.  A website update can include the following:

  • Adding/Removing/Changing images in placeholders throughout website.
  • Adding/Removing/Changing Text in placeholders throughout website.
  • Small changes to page/menu/footer/button structures or designs.
  • Editing links throughout website.
  • Small changes to page structure (header, body, lower section).
WHAT DEFINES A WEBSITE RE-DESIGN?

A redesign usually implies that the code and visual appearance of a website change significantly. For example, a new visual identity and branding are rolled out, pages are restructured UX-wise to incorporate new modules and functionality, the information architecture gets updated, a new CMS (content management system) is introduced—and this all goes live around the same time.

WHAT DEFINES A WEBSITE REFRESH?

A refresh takes place when the core structure and functionality of the website remain largely untouched and minor changes are applied. For example, the look & feel of the site gets updated with a new color palette and typography, or small UX tweaks are added to individual page templates.

WHAT IS A STANDARD E-COMMERCE ITEM VS. ADVANCED?

A Standard E-Commerce Item is one that only has one description and price. Example a Red Ball for $4.99. An Advanced E-Commerce Item is one that can have multiple descriptions and price points. Example, Box of 5 Red Balls for $10, Box of 10 Red for $15, Box of 5 Blue Balls for $21. These are the same product but with variations and pricing differences.
